A Reel-Evolutionary Beginning
Reelvision Print was founded in 2007 in Rossendale, Lancashire with the core mission of addressing a significant need in the folding cartons market: the delivery of high-quality folding cartons, sleeves, wallets, and shelf ready packaging with exceptional speed and reliability, particularly where flexibility and fast turnarounds were critical.
Instead of relying on conventional printing presses ill-suited for agile production, the founders partnered with industry innovators to develop a proprietary production method. This led to the installation of the first in-line, one-pass narrow web flexo production line. This “reel-evolutionary” technology allows Reelvision to print, varnish, die-cut, and emboss Braille in a single pass, enabling ultra-fast production and a guaranteed rapid service.

From the outset, Reelvision Print chose to differentiate itself by serving quality-critical sectors where compliance and product security are paramount, including Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Veterinary, and Cosmetics.
- Quality Commitment: To solidify our position as a trusted partner, the company immediately committed to the most rigorous standards. This led to the early adoption of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and the crucial pharmaceutical good manufacturing practice standard, PS9000.
- Expansion & Reliability: As the business rapidly expanded, a second more advanced and larger in-line carton production line was purchased in 2022. This continuous investment has ensured Reelvision Print can maintain its rapid service standard (a 10-working-day turnaround from approval) across a wide range of order volumes and carton format sizes.

Reelvision Print’s reputation for quality and reliability made it an essential supplier during critical national periods. Our expertise in high-quality production was leveraged to become a key provider of packaging components for COVID-19 vaccine trials and vial transportation packs for leading vaccines, including BioNTech/Pfizer and Oxford/AstraZeneca, highlighting our status as a trusted supplier to organisations like the NHS and leading pharmaceutical brands.
Today and Beyond
In April 2024, Reelvision Print was acquired by The Woodberry Packaging Group, gaining the strategic investment and long-term vision necessary to continue advancing our technological capabilities and market reach.
